LAND DEVELOPMENT
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
We provide expertise with on-site use and possible improvements, issues around construction feasibility, and a deep understanding of the drivers of budget overages and savings. We meet with the construction project team regularly to advise on issues, suggestions and progress.
Project Co-ordination
We help prepare a construction schedule, with on-site construction activities outlined. As well we can assist in preparing the project construction budget, coordinate trade contracts as well as meet with the financing team to coordinate with the payment certifier. We meet with the project construction team to discuss construction planning needs, temporary services, site logistic, security, on-site offices and more.
Construction Management
We establish, implement and monitor project controls for material, labour, and purchasing, with a review of bid documentation, calls for tender, our analysis and recommendations. We’ll make sure your project is constructed in accordance with the agreed scope of work and in accordance with approved standards.
AFTER SALES Services
We establish Substantial Completion of the Project and provide all documentation to define the Lien Period, and will ensure that any deficiencies are completed prior to the expiration of the Lien Period. Release of all outstanding holdback monies will be done only upon total satisfaction that the project has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and any previously approved changes.
