Matthew is responsible for identifying, evaluating and acquiring properties for Vertical Builders Inc. His experience gives him detailed, hands-on knowledge of the technical end of the construction industry.

Travis has over 23 years of experience managing high- and low-rise developments in Ontario, with approvals for more than 15,000 residential units. He specializes in planning, permitting, engineering processes, and leading complex approvals through effective stakeholder engagement and development phasing.
DARREN HUOT
Vice President, High-Rise Construction
Darren brings over 18 years of mid- and high-rise construction management experience, specializing in coordination, cost control, scheduling, and trade relations, with over $1 billion in project experience and a key leadership role in developing systems and processes within the high-rise division.
ANGELO MOSCILLO
Vice President, Low-Rise Residential
Angelo brings broad expertise across land acquisition, sales, décor, design, construction, and customer service. With experience in high-volume environments, he has implemented processes that improve scheduling, quality assurance, and value engineering, contributing to over 8,000 homes across the GTA, GTHA, and Southwestern Ontario.
RAMA PERSAD
Vice President, Finance
Rama oversees all financing and accounting functions at National Homes. A Chartered Professional Accountant with over 15 years of real estate experience, he has managed financing and development for over 10,000 homes across the GTA, Southwestern Ontario, and the U.S.
JENNIFER RINAS
Director of Marketing, Sales and Leasing
Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience with leading North American builders, including Monarch, Mattamy, and Taylor Morrison. She has marketed and sold over 20 communities and master-planned projects, totaling nearly 6,000 homes and $3 billion in sales.
Viman Wong
Director of Sales Administration & Décor
Viman brings over 25 years of new home building experience, specializing in sales administration and décor operations. She manages staff, oversees HCRA and Tarion registrations, prepares legal sales documents, coordinates solicitor reviews, and provides décor insights to support project planning.
