Jason is the Managing Partner of Vertical Builders Inc. and with over 20 years of experience he provides the company with a substantial understanding of economics and finance. A graduate of The University of Western Ontario, Jason also holds a Masters of Science in International Housing from the London School of Economics, London, U.K. Jason has specialized in land development since 1999, with a particular emphasis on infill residential, medium/high density condominiums and high-end retirement residences. He has established expertise in land acquisitions, Pro forma and budget analysis, land development approval process, construction management, building design development and property management.
