Travis has over 16 years of development management experience in both high-rise and low-rise residential projects across Ontario and has worked on the development approvals for over 10,000 residential units during that time. With a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Urban and Regional Planning, Travis has extensive experience in the strategic management of consulting teams, municipal authorities, ratepayers groups and other stakeholders required for development approvals and construction of projects. With a detailed focus on cost control, Travis applies his construction management experience in the completion of site servicing and other special infrastructure required for projects.
